Neil Ketilson BSA, PAg.
Is a local developer, his most recent project was Skyview Estates, a very successful residential subdivision on Blackstrap Lake. Prior to joining our team Neil was a professor of Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to that he managed the Environmental Division of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.
