Our current project is 480 acres of prime agricultural land, located just 12 minutes south of Saskatoon - directly adjacent to the major # 11 highway and just 8 minutes from Blackstrap Lake - the most popular recreational area in the western provinces. The project consists of three phases of 160 acres per phase. After obtaining the necessary development permits, the infrastructure process begins. We install all of the utilities (water, hydro, sewage, telephone lines, etc) and finish off the construction of the community roads and sidewalks and landscaping.
